Reiki + Energy Work
Some things in the body are not about thinking or talking or even moving — they are about settling. Reiki and energy work create the conditions for that. Through intentional, non-invasive energy contact, this area of Luca's practice supports the nervous system in finding ground, the body in releasing what it has been holding, and a general sense of calming presence that is difficult to arrive at through effort alone. It is quiet work. It tends to go deep.

A Reiki and energy work session in the Babylon area begins the same way all of Luca's sessions do: with a grounded conversation. Luca will ask what you are carrying, what you need, and what you want to feel different when you leave. Boundaries and consent are discussed before anything begins.
The session itself is conducted with you lying down, fully clothed. Luca works with intentional light touch or hands held slightly above the body, following what the energy calls for. Sessions draw on Reiki principles and energy awareness practices developed through years of facilitation. The pace is slow. The room is quiet. There is no performance here — only presence.
Integration is part of the session, not an afterthought. Time is built in at the end for you to return slowly before leaving.
Touch is always one-way and offered for the client's benefit. Nothing occurs without explicit, ongoing consent. Reiki and energy work sessions are available in the Babylon area, one-on-one, by application only.
A fit for the right person.
Reiki and energy work is a fit for people who are drawn to body-based healing but are not ready for, or interested in, more active approaches like breathwork or somatic movement. It is well-suited to people carrying anxiety, chronic tension, or a general feeling of being ungrounded. It is also for people who are already doing other healing work and want something gentler and more receptive alongside it. No prior experience with energy work is needed.
Luca is a Reiki Master. His training strengthened his awareness of energy, intuition, and intentional touch — and his capacity to hold a calm, grounded, fully present space. Reiki mastery is not a title earned quickly; it reflects a sustained commitment to both practice and depth.
