How I work.
Why I do this.
I am a Somatic Tantra & Breathwork Facilitator based in the Babylon area on Long Island. I work with women, couples, and open-minded individuals who value authenticity, healing, growth, and genuine human connection — in private, in-person sessions booked by application only.
I offer grounded, heart-centered somatic healing sessions inspired by Tantra, breathwork, energy work, and conscious connection. My work blends conscious breathwork, somatic awareness, energy healing, meditation, nervous system regulation, and intentional touch in a safe, respectful, and deeply attuned space.
I primarily work with people who are looking to reconnect with themselves on a deeper level — emotionally, physically, and energetically. A lot of the people who come to me have been holding stress, grief, anxiety, emotional numbness, relationship wounds, or disconnection in their bodies for a long time. The work creates the conditions for the body to let go of what it has been carrying and return to genuine presence.
Beyond formal training, I have experience facilitating real sessions, workshops, retreats, and community spaces where trust, emotional safety, and authentic connection are essential. These sessions are not performance-based or goal-oriented. They are invitations to slow down, reconnect with the body, open the heart, and experience deeper intimacy with yourself and others.
This is not sexual work. Touch, when included, is always consent-led, intentional, respectful, and focused on emotional safety, embodiment, and healing.
Grounded. Consent-led. Rooted in presence.
Together, we create a container rooted in consent, communication, trust, and presence. These sessions are not performance-based or goal-oriented — they are invitations to slow down and reconnect.
Sessions are paced to what your nervous system can receive. Nothing is pushed. The work supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, self-connection, and authentic human intimacy.
Consent is an ongoing conversation, not a one-time checkbox. Touch is always intentional, respectful, and client-focused. This work is not sexual in any form.
