Grounded Healing for Emotional Release
Some things get carried for a long time before a person finds somewhere safe enough to put them down. Grief that never had a container. Stress that outlasted the event that caused it. Wounds from relationships that ended badly, or that ended fine and still left a mark. This area of Luca's practice is for exactly that — not to analyze what was carried, but to create the conditions for the body to release it at its own pace, in its own way, with someone present who knows how to hold the space.
This is not sexual work. Touch, when included, is always consent-led, intentional, respectful, and focused on emotional safety, embodiment, and healing.

Grounded healing sessions begin with time and conversation. Luca does not arrive with an agenda about what should happen. The first stretch of every session — 15 to 20 minutes — is about establishing real safety: understanding what you are bringing, what you want from the session, and what boundaries need to be in place for you to feel genuinely held. This is not perfunctory. Safety is not a condition for the work to begin. It is the work, in the beginning.
From there, the session moves intuitively. It may include breathwork, somatic grounding, conscious touch, energy work, or simply being present with what is arising — whatever the body needs in that moment. Emotional release, when it comes, is not forced or directed. The body moves at its own pace. Luca's role is to stay steady and present throughout, not to interpret what surfaces.
Sessions held in a private wellness studio in the Babylon area. Typically 90 minutes to 2 hours, unfolding at your pace; nothing is rushed. By application only.
A fit for the right person.
Grounded healing sessions draw people who are carrying something — stress, grief, anxiety, the aftermath of relationships, a longing to feel more present and alive — and who have not found a space that felt safe enough to let it move. This work is for people who want presence and grounding, not analysis. It is for people who have done talk-based work and found it useful but incomplete. It is also for people who have not done any healing work and simply want to begin somewhere honest. Women, couples, and open-minded individuals are all welcome. No prior experience required.
Grounded healing for emotional release draws on every layer of Luca's training: his multiple intensive trainings in conscious touch, somatic presence, trauma awareness, and safe containers for healing; his work as an Advanced SOMA Breath Instructor; and his Reiki Master training in presence and intentional facilitation. There is no single lineage behind this area of the practice — it is the integration of all of them.
Luca is not a licensed psychotherapist or medical provider. If clinical mental health support is what you need, he will say so and refer you to the appropriate licensed professional.
