Conscious Embodiment
Reconnecting with your own body should not require an explanation. But for many people — after years of stress, overwork, emotional shutdown, or simply living entirely in the head — it does. Conscious embodiment work creates the conditions for that reconnection: not forced, not rushed, not performed. Through somatic awareness practices and grounding work, this area of Luca's practice supports the body coming back online at a pace the nervous system can actually receive.
This is not sexual work. Touch, when included, is always consent-led, intentional, respectful, and focused on emotional safety, embodiment, and healing.

A conscious embodiment session begins, as every session with Luca does, with a conversation. The intention is not to diagnose what is missing but to establish safety and understand where you are right now. From there, the session uses a combination of somatic awareness exercises, grounding practices, and body-based attention — structured not around what the mind says should happen, but around what the body can actually receive in this moment.
Sessions held in a private wellness studio in the Babylon area. There is no agenda to move quickly or produce a particular outcome. Some sessions stay mostly in the body-awareness register. Some open into something deeper. Both are valid. The pace throughout is yours.
Touch, when it occurs, is grounding in nature — intentional, one-way, and discussed before it happens. Nothing is assumed. Sessions are typically 90 minutes to 2 hours, unfolding at your pace; nothing is rushed. By application only.
A fit for the right person.
Conscious embodiment work is for people who recognize a gap between their inner experience and how they move through their life. It is common among people who have spent years managing or suppressing what they feel — high-functioning, often doing well externally, privately aware that something has gone quiet. It is also for people in a transition: after a loss, at the end of a long chapter, in the middle of figuring out who they are now. No experience with somatic work is required.
Luca's work is shaped through years of immersive training in breathwork, somatic embodiment, conscious connection, nervous system awareness, trauma-informed practices, and grounded healing work. His approach is rooted in presence, emotional safety, consent, and attuned human connection.
