Sessions blend conscious breathwork, somatic awareness, energy work, nervous-system regulation, and — when it is welcomed and agreed upon — grounding, non-sexual conscious touch.
The work is for people carrying stress, grief, numbness, anxiety, or disconnection who want to feel more at home in their bodies. It suits open-minded individuals and couples drawn to genuine healing and embodiment, regardless of prior experience. It is not for anyone seeking sexual services.
